Now that AI has burst onto the scene, we are seeing very different, competing narratives for what AI is going to do to the labor market. The risk is particularly high for people who work in technical and supervisory roles, managing people, information and data. Which is leading most of us to wonder: What is AI going to do to my career and job prospects?

Alec Levenson is a labor economist who has spent the past 25+ years helping leading organizations understand the career and labor market challenges of aligning the work with shareholder objectives. He has a unique view into the tradeoffs leadership face when making the hard calls about investing in people, especially when a new technology changes how we structure work and the operating model.

During this webinar we will explore:

  • What are the immediate and medium term risks of disruption to your job and career
  • What does the transition phase look like, going from how we worked in 2022, before AI started disrupting jobs, to the uncertain future ahead of us?
  • What kind of options should I be looking out for, to help protect and strengthen my skills and bargaining power?

Will Feng
Global Head, Talent & AI Enablement – Fabletics

Will Feng believes the biggest challenge professionals face in the AI era isn’t the technology, it’s isolation. When people navigate AI alone, silos grow and progress stalls — Will’s work is about breaking down those silos and building the connection organizations need to grow, together, in the age of AI.

Will heads Global Talent and AI Enablement at Fabletics, where his work helped the company rank 12th among ATD BEST Award winners worldwide and land on Fortune’s Top 20 Best Retail Companies to Work For since 2024. He turns AI from a tool into a shared capability, launching an AI Academy and embedding AI across the employee lifecycle so leaders and teams grow it together rather than alone.

With over 15 years as an executive coach and talent leader, Will has helped leaders and teams navigate large-scale change by rebuilding trust and connection, driving 20+ percent gains in team motivation and engagement. Will also serves as a Board Advisor to USF’s Strategic AI Program, shaping how future leaders apply AI with rigor and humanity. He speaks on Leading Change in the Age of AI, Becoming a Superlearner, and Leading with an AI-First Mindset.
